Murcia Furniture have performed as I would have wished. You are all extremely professional and thoroughly pleasant people to deal with. I have personally (so has ‘’Mr Bean!’’) enjoyed the business relationships struck. When a problem has occurred it has been made good or an understanding easily and amicably reached. For me that is the most important point as inevitably, within the supply chain, reliance falls upon suppliers / third parties who may not entirely share your ideals for “customer service, service, service.....” Of course, I will be more than happy to recommend your Company as the perfect company for new property owners. We wanted the opportunity to choose individual pieces of furniture, where as other furniture companies seemed reluctant to help, this was certainly not a problem for Murcia Furniture and they created a tailored package. The expertise, flexibility, and patience shown by Julia in the Sales Showroom was first class and any subsequent concerns or issues we had were also dealt with in a friendly, professional and efficient way, Being able to view the furniture in a showroom setting also helped us in selecting items for our apartment rather than just looking through catalogues. We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the furniture; in fact it exceeded our expectation, which is always great. We also feel that they offer excellent value for money. We had a look at several furniture Companies in this region but chose Murcia Furniture to supply and fit our apartment. Their customer service is excellent, all the staff are very welcoming and were happy to spend as much time as we needed to complete our purchase. We had good advice on all aspects of the interior design without being swayed into making a particular purchase. The quality of the goods has been very good and the delivery and fitting carried out in a professional manner. The one problem we had with the light fitting was sorted out without delay. We are now in the process of ordering another furniture pack for our 2nd property and will definitely be using Murcia Furniture again.

Level of attention

Extremely helpful
Murcia Furniture took all the stress out of furnishing a brand new home from scratch. They provided a basic list of essentials but were then totally flexible and we could add or remove items right up to the time we placed our order. The use of one supplier meant that we only had one store to visit and they had an excellent range on show from which to choose. They were also extremely helpful; nothing was too much trouble. Everything was catered for; from the furniture in the lounge, dining area and bedrooms to kitchen equipment and all electrical appliances, to lighting, to curtains, to bed linen and towels, to outside furniture, AND it was all installed, ready and working when we arrived in our home for the first time. Personal attention was very important as we could communicate easily whenever we needed to. After sales attention has also been superb as we have gone on to add a few further items”.
