Over the last 2 years we have created a unique environment in which to view and select furniture packages and we have further developed services to help you through the process, providing you with a single point of contact for all your furniture requirements.
We have very defined processes enabling us to understand where each client is with their property completion: snagging and tasks that are outstanding to enable a smooth installation. So once you have decided on the package for you, our Sales Support department will be in touch along the way to agree next steps and confirm delivery dates and any actions that need to be taken.
They will liaise with suppliers and manage the project through to installation and sign off. We use our own installation teams who have all the technical skills to fit furniture, lighting and electrical appliances ensuring that we are fully accountable for the project.
